Welcome to ProCrisp. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website and your purchase of products from us. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are. This store is operated by Niamh Patricia Doyle, trading as ProCrisp, 17 The Crescent, Rahoon Road, Newcastle, Galway, H91 KP5W, Ireland. Contact: support@procrisp.co.uk, +44 7411 561594. 

2. Products and pricing. All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable. We make every effort to display products, colours, and specifications accurately, but slight variations may occur. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors; if a genuine error is found after you order, we will contact you before processing and you may cancel for a full refund.

3. Orders. Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, if an item is out of stock or a pricing error occurred), in which case we will refund any payment in full.

4. Promotions and stock. Launch pricing and limited-stock offers are genuine and may be withdrawn or changed at any time. Discount codes cannot be combined unless stated.

5. Your rights. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights, including your right to cancel and your rights regarding faulty goods. See our Return and Refund Policy.

6. Acceptable use. You agree not to misuse this website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

7. Intellectual property. All content on this site — including the ProCrisp name, logo, text, and images — is owned by or licensed to us and may not be reused without permission.

8. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms excludes our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.

9. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. If you are a consumer, you also benefit from any mandatory protections of the law of your country of residence, and nothing here affects those rights.

10. Changes. We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published at the time of your order applies to that order.
