We build the ProCrisp to last — and we back it with a 2-year manufacturer warranty.

What's covered

For 2 years from your delivery date, we'll repair or replace your ProCrisp free of charge if it develops a fault caused by a manufacturing or materials defect under normal household use.

What's not covered

  • Normal wear and tear, or cosmetic marks from everyday use
  • Accidental damage, misuse, or failure to follow the user instructions
  • Damage from unauthorised repairs or modifications
  • Use of the product outside normal domestic use, or with an incorrect power supply

How to make a warranty claim

  1. Email support@procrisp.co.uk with your order number, a short description of the issue, and (if possible) a photo or short video.
  2. Our team will confirm your claim and arrange a repair or replacement.
  3. We'll keep you updated by email until it's resolved.

Your 30-day guarantee

Separate from the warranty, every order is also covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee — if the ProCrisp isn't right for you, return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund. See our Return and Refund Policy.

Your statutory rights

This warranty is offered in addition to, and does not affect, your legal rights as a consumer regarding faulty or misdescribed goods.
