Refund policy
We want you to love your ProCrisp. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the day your order is delivered.
Your right to cancel. You may cancel your order and return your item within 30 days of receiving it, for any reason. To start a return, email support@procrisp.co.uk with your order number and we will send you return instructions.
Condition of returned items. To be eligible for a full refund, items should be returned unused, in resaleable condition, and in their original packaging where possible. You are entitled to inspect the product as you would in a shop; if an item is returned showing use beyond reasonable inspection, we may make a proportionate deduction from your refund.
Return shipping. Unless your item is faulty or incorrect, you are responsible for the cost of returning it. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit back to us. Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items. If your ProCrisp arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, contact us within a reasonable time and we will arrange a free replacement or a full refund, including any standard delivery and return costs. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Refunds. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the item (often sooner). Payment-provider processing times may add a few extra days.
Warranty. Every ProCrisp is covered by a 2-year manufacturer warranty against manufacturing defects, separate from and in addition to your statutory rights.
