Track My Order

Want to know where your ProCrisp is? Here's how to follow it from our door to yours.

1. Order confirmation

As soon as you order, we email you an order confirmation. If you don't see it, check your spam/junk folder.

2. Dispatch & tracking

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. When your parcel ships, we email you a tracking link — tap it any time to see your delivery status.

3. Delivery

Standard UK delivery takes 3–5 business days from dispatch, so most orders arrive within about 4–7 business days of ordering.

Already have your tracking email? Just open it and tap the tracking link for live updates from the courier.

Can't find your tracking, or order not moving?

If it's been more than 10 business days since dispatch, or you can't locate your tracking email, contact us and we'll chase it for you:
